In November 2023, Pacesetter Homes DFW, a division of Austin-based Qualico, is beginning a new phase of construction in the fast-growing Collin County community of Lavon. This new phase consists of 258 lots, and will feature five different home styles on four lot sizes. Homebuyers will be able to choose from twin homes, rear-entry one- and two-story single-family homes, courtyard homes and larger front-entry one- and two-story single-family homes. Prices range from $290,900 to $359,900.
