Collin County's property values surged in 2025, with total property valued at $194.06 billion, a 4.9% increase from 2024. Luxury homes over $5 million and affordable homes under $250,000 saw significant growth. Commercial properties rose 14.8%, led by apartments and warehouses. Despite growth, 22% of homes were overvalued, prompting many residents to protest taxes. New construction and properties built between 2001-2020 dominate the market.
