“I called Debbie to sell my Prosper TX home. I hadn’t completed any remodeling. I wanted to get her opinion since I knew that she also rehabbed property and was very successful. What she suggested was that I could sell the home as it was, but I wouldn’t get top dollar since everyone was looking for wood floors and modern tile in bathrooms and kitchen. I asked her what I could get for the home with no repairs and a number with the repairs and how much she thought it would cost. To make a long story shorter, I did the repairs, her recommended contractors were right on the numbers. The home looked so good I almost didn’t sell.
